Improve your strength and conditioning or supplement your personal training sessions alongside your friends and community with this high energy station format workout session where we target the full body. Childcare is available.

Come learn fundamental mechanics for lifts like the squat, deadlift and many others all while experiencing a fun and challenging training session. Most importantly, we'll enjoy time in prayer and fellowship centered on our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We offer a Young Men’s Group and a Women’s Group.
